What we provide
A website that we design, build and host for you, and support over WhatsApp during working hours. The standard plan covers the pages agreed at signup and ongoing content updates.
The first month is free. Billing starts in month two at RM49.90 per month unless a different plan was agreed in writing.
What we need from you
Your content — logo, photos, text, prices and contact details — and confirmation that you have the right to use it. We cannot publish material you do not own.
Payment on time. If payment is more than 30 days late we may suspend the site, and we will tell you before we do.
Ownership
You own your content. If you purchase a domain through us, it is registered to you and transferable on request.
The templates, code and systems the site runs on remain ours, and are licensed to you for as long as you subscribe.
If you cancel
You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your site goes offline at the end of the paid period.
We keep your content for 90 days after cancellation so you can come back or take a copy. After that it is deleted.
Add-ons and hardware
Marketplace links, extra pages and other add-ons are charged as listed at the time of purchase.
Rented hardware remains our property. The security deposit is refunded in full when it is returned undamaged. Replacement cover excludes loss and accidental damage.
Limits
We work hard to keep sites online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous three months.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
