The first month
The first month is free. If you do not like the site, you walk away having paid nothing. This is deliberate — you should not have to gamble on us.
Monthly subscription
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We do not refund part-months, but we also will not bill you again after you cancel.
One-time fees
Setup and add-on fees cover work already done and are non-refundable once that work has started. If we have not started, you get it back in full.
Hardware deposits
The RM200 printer deposit is refunded in full when the printer is returned undamaged, normally within 14 days of us receiving it.
