What we collect
When you contact us: your name, business name, phone number and email, plus whatever you write in the message.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, and which page you subscribed from.
When you visit: anonymous, aggregated analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to provide the service you asked for, and to send the newsletter you opted into. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Enquiry details are stored in Google Sheets, and newsletter subscriptions in Brevo. Both are processors acting on our instructions.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and the newsletter uses double opt-in, so you will never be added without confirming.
